MOSCOW, February 3. /TASS/. Closure of the information center of the Gorchakov foundation in Kiev is a destructive step and an indicator of the true attitude of the Ukrainian authorities toward human rights, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s commissioner for human rights, democracy and rule of law, Konstantin Dolgov, said Tuesday.
"The shutdown of the Gorchakov foundation’s information center in the Ukrainian capital on far-fetched accusations of the Ukrainian Security Service is a destructive step by Kiev," Dolgov wrote on Twitter.
"This is one more indicator of the true attitude of the Ukrainian authorities toward the key human rights and freedoms and dialogue with the civil society," he said.
