St. Petersburg court rules to evict Polish consulate general for failure to pay rent

The court ruled to collect from the defendant 74 million rubles [$1.1 million] and legal costs and vacate the building located at 12/14 5th Sovetskaya Street, the judge said

ST. PETERSBURG, February 3. /TASS/. The arbitration court of St. Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad Region on Tuesday sustained in full a lawsuit against the Polish consulate general filed by the St. Petersburg state unitary enterprise servicing foreign missions, entitled Inpredservice, a TASS correspondent reported from the courtroom.

"The court ruled to collect from the defendant 74 million rubles [$1.1 million] and legal costs and vacate the building located at 12/14 5th Sovetskaya Street," judge Darya Anreyeva said when announcing the operative part of the ruling.
