Police offer big reward for information on bus stop blast in East Siberia’s Angarsk

The incident occurred at 8.35 am local time (00.35 GMT) on Thursday in the 211th city quarter

IRKUTSK, January 15. /TASS/. Police have offered a big reward for information that can help find the mastermind of the blast at a bus stop in the city of Angarsk, East Siberia’s Irkutsk region, early on Thursday, the press service of the regional police department reports.

“Law enforcement agencies believe evidence of eye witnesses - people who could see a suspicions person last night or in the early hours before the blast went off - can be very helpful in identifying the criminal,” it said.

Police continue looking into the incident in which two people were injured. One of them, a 38-year-old man, is in a grave condition. One leg was amputated and medics are trying to save the other leg.
