MOSCOW, January 13. /TASS/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin on Tuesday called to listen to words of Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan that the situation in the region has sharply deteriorated over the past 24 hours.
“We need to listen to the viewpoint of OSCE mission head Apakan,” Karasin told TASS. “He always makes responsible statements.”
It is necessary to keep further observing the regime of silence and ceasefire, the diplomat said.
