MOSCOW, January 12. /TASS/. Moscow has marked Latvian Foreign Minister Edgar Rinkevics saying he considers the visit to Russia a possibility for resuming the political dialogue between Russia and the EU, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday.
“We praise your initiative in the very begging of the presidency in the EU to arrive in Russia on a visit. There are many problems in relations between Russia and the EU. Things in bilateral relations are not the way we would like them to be,” he said.
