MOSCOW, January 4. /TASS/. The Russian side at the meeting in Berlin on January 5 in the “Normandy format” (Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France) plans to discuss preparation of future contacts at various levels and implementation of the Minsk agreements, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said Sunday.
“This is a purely practical meeting, but we hope our constructive intentions will be met with a constructive approach,” the diplomat stressed.
“The main thing is to discuss preparation of future meetings and of course implementation of the Minsk agreements,” he said.
