MOSCOW, January 3. /TASS/. Russia will dispatch the 11th humanitarian aid convoy to the conflict-torn eastern Ukraine on January 8, the Emergencies Ministry said on Saturday.
“The dispatch of the 11th humanitarian aid convoy is scheduled for January 8. The convoy will deliver about 1,400 tons of humanitarian aid to Donbass,” the ministry said.
“This convoy will comprise over 120 trucks and more than 1,400 tons of foodstuffs and baby food,” he said.
Russia’s ten convoys have delivered over 13,000 tons of humanitarian aid to residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk Region since August 2014.
