MOSCOW, December 26. /TASS/. President Putin has appointed new ambassadors to North Korea, South Korea and Vietnam. The presidential decrees on the new appointments are available on an official Internet portal of legal information.
Alexander Motsegora has been appointed Russian ambassador to North Korea. Motsegora replaces former ambassador to North Korea Alexander Timonin who has been appointed Russia's ambassador to South Korea.
Former Russian ambassador to South Korea Konstantin Vnukov has been appointed Russia's ambassador to Vietnam to replace the former ambassador, Andrey Kovtun.
