Russian president calls to pool efforts to overcome current economic difficulties

MOSCOW, December 23. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday he believed pooled efforts are needed to solve the current economic problems.

“I am confident that whatever the situation in our economy, in the global economy might be it is always better to pool efforts than to struggle against difficulties alone,” Putin said at a meeting with Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev.

The Russian leader congratulated his Kyrgyz counterpart on Kyrgyzstan’s joining the Eurasian Economic Union and noted that the “entire team (of Kyrgyz specialists) worked efficiently, quickly and professionally” to create conditions for their country’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union.
