MOSCOW, December 18. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday a strong state should be the key defender of interests of Russians, including businessmen who are hit by sanctions.
“Only a strong Russian state can be the main defender of interests of Russian citizens, whatever they do, including business,” Putin said during the tenth annual press conference.
Those business representatives who are facing problems abroad should decide “if they want to be always dependent and constantly to be on the hook somewhere,” he said.
