MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened an inquiry into the statements that several Ukrainian politicians made publicly on December 4 over the terrorist attack in the Chechen capital Grozny.

Russian investigators qualify them as acts of public justification of terrorism.
