MOSCOW, November 18. /TASS/. Moscow highly estimates Germany’s role in promoting partner relations with Russia in various spheres, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday after negotiations with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
Touching on prospects for cooperation between the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union, the Russian minister said, “We highly appreciate Germany’s proactive role to promote such dialogue.” “The European Union still has prejudices, old-time phobias but I think they will vanish with time,” Lavrov added.
