RF OSCE ambassador doesn't rule out Kiev getting prepared for offensive in eastern Ukraine

MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. It cannot be ruled out that Kiev is getting prepared for a large-scale offensive in eastern Ukraine, Russia’s Permanent Representative at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Andrei Kelin said on Monday.

“We hear pronouncements by the Ukrainian defence minister about preparations for a wintertime war,” he told the Russia 24 television channel. “Ukrainian president’s adviser Lutsenko has also recently said that four tank works were working hard in three shifts to send hardware to eastern regions. If we put these pronouncement together, plus ongoing movements of military hardware in Ukraine, it is easy to guess that they are probably getting prepared for a large-scale offensive. This cannot be ruled out.
