Stability in Ukraine can create additional possibilities for OSCE observers - Kelin

MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. Stability in southeastern Ukraine can create additional possibilities for OSCE observers, Russian permanent representative to the OSCE Andrei Kelin said on Monday.

“When the settlement is reached, when everything is politically stable and calm, when militias really say the situation is stable and calm, we can think of additional possibilities (for OSCE observers),” Kelin told Rossiya24 Channel.

“Now we’re living in a rather strained situation and it is not clear how affairs will go further,” he said.
