BRISBANE, November 16 /TASS/. It is impossible to divide the APEC states into groupings, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday.
“There are several approaches to how our future work should be organized in this promising and fast-developing region. Proposals which the Chinese friends made to us, namely Russia, look promising. Their idea is that we should not just create new bodies and structures but should try to create them to supplement the existing mechanisms. Instead of separating and dividing the member states into various groupings, it is necessary to unite the efforts of these countries,” Putin said.
