Russian emergencies ministry loads up humanitarian aid convoy for Donbass

The convoy comprises 70 trucks loaded with 450 tonnes of electric equipment, building products and fuel for Donetsk and Luhansk

ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 15. /TASS/. The seventh convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry has been loaded up with humanitarian aid cargo and is ready to set off to Donbass, deputy chief of the ministry’s National Crisis Management Centre Oleg Voronov told TASS on Saturday.

“A next humanitarian convoy has been loaded up in the southern Rostov region,” Voronov said adding that it would set off to Donbass in the coming hours but the exact time has not been reported so far.

“The convoy comprises 70 trucks loaded with 450 tonnes of electric equipment, building products and fuel for Donetsk and Lugansk,” he said specifying that the relief supplies had been collected on the basis of requests from the Donetsk and Luhansk authorities.
