BRISBANE, November 15. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in Ukraine with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, the presidential press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, told reporters on Saturday.
“Upon the end of night programme at the G20 meeting, Vladimir Putin had bilateral talks with Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker,” Peskov said.
“Focusing on the situation in Ukraine’s southeast at the meetings, President Putin explained in detail the Russian approach to the situation,” the press secretary said.
