March dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the 1941 military parade took place on Moscow's Red Square on November 7. Thousands of Russian soldiers and military cadets participated in the event. Most landmark events of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 from the defence of Moscow to the capture of Reichstag were reconstructed at the march for the first time. The first parade in almost besieged Moscow in which 28.5 thousand participated and which lasted about an hour had enormous influence on the course of the war, because this event contributed to an upsurge of morale in the whole country.
