MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. The Kremlin administration has dubbed as rubbish reports about an alleged financing of opposition blogger Alexey Navalny by the Kremlin.
“Reports about financing from the Kremlin are absolute rubbish and a rush for ratings, with all due respect for LifeNews,” a Kremlin source told TASS in comments on a Wednesday report by a Russian news website.
“As for the authenticity of published documents — it must be checked,” the source said.
Earlier, LifeNews posted a report headlined “Kremlin Was Covertly Financing Navalny,” which said money received from won state tenders was also used to finance the activity of the opposition blogger.
