MOSCOW, November 5 /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on Russia’s accession to the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). It was published at the legal information portal on Wednesday.

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is a major international institution, which finances projects designed to combat poverty in countries facing food shortages.
