ROSTOV-ON-DON, October 31. /TASS/. Russia’s emergencies ministry has completed another round of humanitarian aid deliveries to Ukraine’s war-hit eastern regions, Oleg Voronov, a deputy chief of the ministry’s national crisis management centre, told TASS on Friday.

“The ministry’s humanitarian convoy delivered relief aid to Lugansk and Donetsk and returned to Russia’s Rostov region. The truck crossed the border via border crossing points Matveyev-Kurgan-Uspenka and Donetsk-Izvarino and safely reached Russia’s territory,” he said.

Thus, Russia’s emergencies ministry completed another stage of humanitarian deliveries to the Donetsk an Lugansk regions in eastern Ukraine.
