MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Brazil’s President Dilma Rousseff on her victory in the presidential elections, the Kremlin press service said on Monday.
In a telephone conversation, the two presidents discussed a number of issues of bilateral cooperation and joint efforts on the international arena. In particular, they agreed forthcoming contacts in the framework of the Group of Twenty summit in Australia and at a meeting of the leaders of the BRICS countries, namely Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, due next years in Russia.
