The presidents of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Petro Poroshenko, on Tuesday confirmed in their phone conversation that it is very important to further contribute to the process of peace settlement in south-east Ukraine and stick to the ceasefire regime, the Kremlin said in a statement.

“With account for talks recently held in various formats in Milan, the sides exchanged opinions on issues of interaction in the gas sphere,” the statement also said.
