MOSCOW, October 17. /TASS/. Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg is seeking revocation of sanctions against himself in a court of law, Rotenberg’s representatives said on Friday.
Lawyers of Russian businessman Arkady Rotenberg have lodged a suit with the European Court of Justice demanding revocation of restrictive measures imposed against Mr. Rotenberg by the European Union over the situation in Ukraine, they said.
The European Council, according to the lawsuit, provided insufficient proof when blacklisting the businessman.
