“We come out in favour of comprehensive settlement of the Kosovo problem on the basis of resolution 1244 of the UN Security Council,” Putin told reporters after talks with the Serbian leadership, saying this was Moscow’s invariable stance.
Putin also said he looks forward to cooperation between Russia and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) during Serbia’s rotating OSCE presidency in 2015.
“We have very stable political relations. We expect that after Belgrade assumes OSCE chairmanship in 2015, we will be able to continue constructive work with that international organization with support of our Serbian friends,” the Russian leaders said.
