MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. Mass graves of civilians in Donbass is a confirmation of genocide and ethnic cleansings, the head of the Kremlin administration, Sergey Ivanov, told the Komsomolskaya Pravda daily in an interview that will be published on Wednesday.
If the population of Donbass “does not want to live in conditions that were being created in Kiev, and wants to speak Russian, their mother tongue and not Ukrainian - how can they be compelled?” he said.
“Excuse me, but this means genocide and ethnic cleansings,” he said. “This is what was happening to a certain degree. The fact that mass graves of civilians killed and tortured are now found in Donbass is a vivid confirmation,” he said.
