MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has criticized international human rights activists for their lack of attention to current events in east Ukraine. The Russian leader is particularly concerned over what is happening during the ongoing election campaign in the country.
“Unfortunately, many international human rights organizations turn a blind eye to the current events (in Ukraine) and turn away from them hypocritically,” he said at a meeting of the presidential human rights council on Tuesday.
