“Russia has what to strive for by looking up to our Chinese partners,” Matviyenko said at a meeting with Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang.
Russia considers the level of relations with China the best in history. “We consider them the best model of very responsible and respectful cooperation, and mutual interests,” she said.
“The development of interaction, comprehensive partnership with China is one of the most important priorities of Russia’s foreign policy,” Matviyenko said.
