“In the presence of Presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan, Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev, two intergovernmental agreements are planning to be signed. The first agreement envisions the development of the Vesenne-Aralchinskoye copper deposit. The second document aims at using a radio-frequency spectrum on the territory of Baikonur,” Ushakov said.
Representatives of key ministers and agencies as well as heads of Russian and Kazakhstani regions will take part in the upcoming forum, he said.
About 10 interregional agreements on cooperation are expected to be signed, Ushakov said.
Putin and Nazarbayev will meet on September 30 within a narrow format. The meeting will focus on prospects for further strengthening of trade and economic cooperation and preparations for the upcoming multilateral events within the CIS and the EurAsEC in Minsk on October 10, he said.
Then Putin and Nazarbayev will take part in a plenary session of the forum.
