ROSTOV-ON-DON, September 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Two people were killed and one more injured as a Mi-8 helicopter crashed in the resort town of Gelendzhik in south Russia, a local Emergencies Ministry spokesman said on Thursday.

The helicopter crashed near the landing strip of Gelendzhik's airport and caught fire. The fire was extinguished in several minutes.

The helicopter was taking part in an international hydro air show that gathered 180 Russian companies and 14 foreign delegations.
