ROSTOV-ON-DON, August 14. /ITAR-TASS/. Local residents in Russia’s southern Rostov region have found a Ukrainian dud shell one kilometer away from Russian-Ukrainian border, the press service of the Federal Security Service (FSB) regional border branch in the Rostov region reported.
“Border guards handed over this information to law enforcers. Strangers were forbidden from entering the zone where a dangerous explosive device was found,” the press service said.
