Russian industry needs 2 years to substitute Ukrainian components — official

ZHUKOVSKY, August 11./ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s industry needs about two years to develop the production of substitutes for Ukrainian components, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Yury Slyusar said on Monday.

“It will take two years,” Slyusar said at a news conference devoted to the Engineering Technologies 2014 international exhibition. He said the substitutes will be developed in late 2016-early 2017.
