MOSCOW, August 06. /ITAR-TASS/. The bill is sponsored by the Liberal Democratic Party faction members headed by Igor Lebedev, Yaroslav Nilov, and MikhailDegtyaryov.
Nilov told Itar-Tass that the main amendments are contemplated to be introduced to the Law "On Basic Guarantees of the Electoral Rights of the Citizens of the Russian Federation and their Right to Participate in Referenda".
