MOSCOW, July 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Crimea is a part of Russia, and the matter was not discussed, is not being discussed and cannot be a topic of discussion. Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov has stated this on Monday at a briefing.

“Crimea is part of Russia,” Lavrov stressed. “There weren’t any talks with anybody about Crimea, there are no talks and there can be no talks”.

“ This answer is based on the absolutely decisive expression of will of the peoples of Crimea, which took place March 17, and all decisions regarding this matter have already been made,” the head of Russia’s diplomatic service said.
