The law will come into effect on September 1, 2016.
Providers must ensure that information is added, systematized, stored, verified and updated by using domestically-located servers. The personal data comprise e-mail addresses, correspondence and so forth.
The law stipulates sanctions for violations. Providers will be added to a special register of violators for a failure to follow the domain and network requirements, while access to an information resource will be restricted until violations are not fixed.
