MOSCOW, July 09. /ITAR-TASS/. Basmanny district court of Moscow will hear behind closed doors the issue of arresting parliament-appointed Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov in absentia. Thus, the detective’s request has been satisfied.
