The gang is responsible for the mass killing of 12 people, including four children, in the village on November 5, 2012.
Another member of the same ring, Igor Chernykh, sentenced to life imprisonment for numerous killings, earlier committed suicide in an investigation prison.
Tsapok was staying in an investigation prison pending response to his appeal against the guilty verdict handed down in his case.
