MOSCOW, July 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s emergencies ministry has sent about 40 tonnes of relief aid to Ukrainian refugees staying in Russia’s southern Rostov region, a spokesman for the ministry, Alexander Drobyshevsky, told ITAR-TASS on Friday.

“Today, at 18:00 Moscow time, an Ilyushin-76 airplane of the Russian emergencies ministry took off from the Ramenskoye airfield outside Moscow for Rostov-on-Don to deliver humanitarian aid to forced migrants from Ukraine,” the spokesman said.
