MAKHACHKALA, June 27. /ITAR-TASS/. An anti-terrorist operation regime was introduced in the village of Zakhit in Khiv district of Russian North Caucasian Republic of Dagestan on Friday, a representative of the republican operations headquarters of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee told ITAR-TASS.
“The regime was introduced at 4am Moscow time on Friday. The search is on for a member of terrorist group Yuzhnaya,” the representative said.
A house is already blocked in the village, a source in Dagestani law enforcement agencies said.
