The deputy defense minister made his statement during a working trip to the Primorye Territory in the Russian Far East and his visit to the Zvezda shipyard.
Russian defense producers are fulfilling contracts under state defense orders according to schedule, the deputy defense minister said.
“Schedules have been drawn up for complete import substitution with regard to each type of military hardware and equipment. The entire nomenclature of spare parts has been updated and the available stocks of components have been analyzed. Works are proceeding in compliance with the schedule, including at the enterprises I have visited,” the deputy defense minister said.
“The entire import substitution process will proceed as planned and dependence on deliveries from Ukraine will be removed by 95% by the end of this term,” the deputy defense minister said.
