MOSCOW, May 26. /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian delegation will return to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) only if it gets back all powers it had been deprived of, Sergei Naryshkin, State Duma Speaker, said on Monday.
“I want to say and stress that the Russian parliamentary delegation will take part in PACE’s work if it has the full set of powers,” Naryshkin said at a meeting with Tiny Kox, the leader of the political Group of the Unified European Left.
“Either like that, or, otherwise, the Russian delegation will not take part in PACE’s work,” he said.
