KHABAROVSK, April 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev believes a decision on winter time correction should be taken at the regional level.
"Everyone continues discussing the issue. There are many approaches and suggestions. It requires an attentive attitude," he noted during a meeting with workers at the Khabarovsk shipbuilding plant. A woman who participated in the meeting raised the issue, noting that summer time did not suit them in winter. "It is too dark at nine o'clock in the morning," she said.
