Muslim teacher killed in North Caucasus’ Dagestan

MAKHACHKALA, April 11, /ITAR-TASS/. A teacher of madrasa, an Islamic school, was killed in the Russian North Caucasian Republic of Dagestan, an official of the Dagestani investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee told ITAR-TASS on Friday.

“Two masked bandits broke in the house of madrasa teacher Zakaryaev at 11:20 p.m. Moscow time (07:20 p.m. GMT) on Thursday in village Nechayevka in Kizilyurt district of the republic and shooting him down from a pistol escaped from the murder scene,” the official said.
