NOVOSIBIRSK, April 07 /ITAR-TASS/. Anatoly Lokot, head of theRovosibirsk Region committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federtion, has polled 43.92 percent of the vote. His main rival, Vladimir Znatkov, a United Russia party member, and acting Mayor of Novosibirsk, gained 39.46 percent of the vote.
