Putin congratulates Erdogan on his party’s victory in municipal elections

MOSCOW, March 31. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin called Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to congratulate him on the convincing victory of his Justice and Development Party in the March 30 municipal elections.

“Putin and Erdogan stressed their commitment to the strengthening of mutually advantageous bilateral cooperation and agreed to continue the contacts,” the presidential press service said on Monday, March 31.
