NOVO-OGAREVO, March 27. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that Russia should record сitizens having a dual citizenship. "We must and we have the right to know who lives in Russia,” the President noted.
The head of the Federation Council Committee Andrey Klishas brought up the topic of the citizenship law. He offered "to introduce the norm of legislation, so citizens holding passports of other countries must notify the Russian Federation."
