MOSCOW, March 21. /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian State Duma lower house of parliament on Friday ratified two inter-governmental agreements on military cemeteries which Russia had signed with Serbia and Slovenia.
These documents will create the legal foundation to ensure proper care for Russian war graves, monuments and memorials located in the territories of Serbia and Slovenia.
The sides will undertake mutual commitments in each particular case and will hand over free land allotments to each other for unlimited use to create new military cemeteries and renovate the old ones.
