MOSCOW, March 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that responsibility of state officials in charge of anti-terrorism fight will keep growing.
“Responsibility of all state officials in charge of anti-terrorism security will keep growing. So that we will finally suppress effectively a very serious threat for our country in the bud,” the president said at a meeting of the country’s Interior Ministry board on Friday.
He also urged the country’s Interior Ministry to curb any acts of extremism.
“To turn a blind eye to and underestimate acts of extremism no matter who commits them is impermissible,” Putin said.
