Crimea's Prime Minister and Supreme Commander-in-chief Sergei Aksyonov has ordered servicemen of the Ukrainian armed forces, deployed on the territory of Crimea but who do not want to serve in the Crimean army, submit a report that they are breaking off their contracts.
