MOSCOW, March 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia urges the UN Security Council to adopt a resolution on Ukraine’s neutral military-political status.
Russia “prepared proposals and gave them to the US and European partners to make external contribution to the steps, which should taken by Ukrainians themselves to overcome the crisis,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
Participants in the group “would oblige to be guided by the principles under which Ukraine’s state system, its sovereignty and territorial integrity are guaranteed by Russia, the European Union and the United States”, the ministry said.
